Following Up a Presentation

Follow up with the Group or Individual Sending a thank-you email or note to your contact person after a few days is always a nice touch. It may also give you a chance to find out if they have distributed any materials you left with them or whether they need further supplies. And your hosts will also have another copy of your contact information.

Invite a Lions Club to become a 'LEHP Participating Club'

LEHP-Australia is a Category B project funded by the Lions and Lioness Clubs of Australia.
If a Lions Club is not already a participating LEHP-Australia Club you could also ask them to consider making a voluntary annual donation of: $4 per club member.

Participating clubs, are entitled to received unlimited copies of LEHP resource materials free of charge including; brochures, flyers, posters, DVD presentations, information and training manuals.
Contributions enable the program to continually develop and grow and provide the opportunity to implement activities within local communities across the country.
All this helps achieve the goal of educating the Australian community about avoidable vision loss and the importance of regular eye examinations.

Donations can be sent to: LEHP-Australia Treasurer PDG Bill Duncanson PO Box 86 Camperdown VIC 3260 All cheque payments should be accompanied with a completed LEHP-Australia Participating Club registration form. Tax deductions (DGR) are available for any corporate or business donations.

Report to LEHP Keep the LEHP National Program Manager (Leah) informed about your visits and activities. If you have the opportunity to take a photo, send this to the LEHP office, along with a short explanation, so it can be used in future publicity.
