Brochures, Flyers and Posters

Brochures DL size LEHP-Australia has developed 5 easy to read brochures. Each brochure contains the latest statistics and information relating to the following eye conditions:- Age-related Macular Degeneration; Diabetic Retinopathy and Glaucoma. A low vision brochure has also been created in addition to a ‘Save your Sight’ brochure which can used to assess whether individuals have certain risk factors of eye disease.
